$300 between the BassCat website and Harbor Freight. Ordered all new carpet, all new stickers, and a buffer/ polisher for the boat.
Hopefully it'll all be here before the weekend, and I'll get to work on sprucing her up. Don't worry, many before/ after pics are to come!!
Any advice/ tips/ insight that I haven't already read on here would be much appreciated. Wish me luck!!

You did your reading and got the right stuff. You're not going about it half cocked. You are good to go. Will watch for the pics.
I am right there with you. Got stickers ordered from Ranger and the buffer from Harbor Freight, 3M products from a Napa store and ready to make the 461 new again. Do have one question on the buffing of the boat. How long and at what speed do I need to run the buffer with the rubbing compound and the final glaze? Want to make sure I do it right! Thanks! My carpet and stickers got here yesterday, the buffer should be in today. Tomorrow and Sun. are going to be LOOOOONNNNGGGGG days!!!

HAHA! Yeah, well, so it isn't going as quickly as I hoped...
I got all the old carpet out, got the decks and floor done, now I just have the lids to do, and put everything back on/ together. Worked Sat. night, part of Sun., last night, and tonight should finish it off (I hope).
So far, there's been nothing easy about this job...
I'll get pics up before the end of the week.
