I am in the process, about half way done of restoring my Cajun.
I told Al I would post it when its done, if he would like me to.


I sunk the cajun in a won bass tourny 3-4 years ago, which rotted the fron deck, so I decided to do the whole thing all over as in brand new. Gel coat decks, carpet, add a removable console, put a electronic dash on it ,bobs jack plate, hydraulic steering, new live well systems, new motor 2002 or newer, has new ranger seats, I just need to machine in new emblems, along with all new machines rod locker handles ( I own a machine shop), the whole 9 yards.
I feel safe in the boat, its slow even though it tops out at 60mph

hopefully we will be gel-coating this weekend at my shop as pretty much everything else is done.

The items I am desparetly looking for is an electronic dash system like what triton has in there tr-21's. I know ranger makes them and I am sure someone else makes them any ideas?
I am not worried about the wiring or anything else as I can do just about anything electronical. I need the parts ( I will buy them new not used)

so if anyone else knows where to get electronic dash parts ( any boat brand)please let me know. even if someone knows of a tritoon dealer that will answer my questions, and take the time to give me a price so I can write them a check or pay on a cc card.
I also had a guy working on making me a circuit board and membrain but 4 months later he still hasnt started. Which is understandable cause I only wanted 5 pieces( 4 extras) and they do high volume.

I need a schematic and the part numbers or even the part number schematic pictures and I can do the rest.

Oh yeah, the boat will be yellow and black ( the boy on the picture above's favorite colors) . The trailer is also being tricked out.
I figure why spend 60k on a new boat when I really like the canjun and its big plus its paid for.
