I faxed Bob my insurance policy this afternoon. At the same time I filled out his on line application. Never called him. At 4:40 my phone rang and Bob Luellen introduced himself. He stated that I had a good policy and began to explain it to me and asked if I actually knew what I had for coverage. He clarified things for me and made some suggestions regarding upping some of the coverage. He never pressured me into buying anything and just suggested that I up the coverage when I renew in February. All the time asking me, "do you have more questions?!" We were on the phone for about forty minutes and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. With his suggestions I went from a good policy to a great policy and I know what I have now.
So, before I hung up, we closed the deal and Bob is my new insurance man!
It was a pleasure doing business with Bob and I feel that if I ever have a claim (I hope I don't have to call you Bob, no offense) it will be handled professionally and timely.![]()
