Wisconsin BBC get together...your ideas here!

I realize we aren't going to be able to accomodate everyone's times or favorite lakes, but I'd like to put together a friendly get together for a day in September. This is obviously open to anyone that would like to come (not limited to Wisconsin people only) but we will fish on a Wisconsin water.

So...what day works best...Saturday or Sunday? Saturdays are better for me, but we'll see what everyone else has to say.

Here's some lakes that we might consider, but I'd interested in what you think. If you like one of the lakes below, say so. If you have another suggestion please post it. I'd prefer we have it on a little bit bigger body of water (over 500 acres), and someplace that has a reputation for giving up some fish.

This will be more of a get together to put a few faces with some of the names we see here on BBC, but I've got a few ideas on some $ or tackle pools. I also promised cowtrimmer some of my secret venison jerky, and I realize it is my duty as moderator to have a least a few refreshments as well.

So...let's here what you think on dates and lakes!

My vote is for Lauderdale and either day would be good for me. I'll do whatever I need to to make it. My only bad weekend in Sept. would be the last one. We're going to see our son at school that weekend.

I think pool 4 (Lake Pepin) on the Mississippi river would be a good location, it gets good in sept too.

Saturday or Sunday works for me.i say anywhere on the Madison chain.mendota is good for facilities.lake Wisc has good ramps on hwy 113 by okee bay. and if puckaway is in the running I'd seriously consider big green too.Madison and lake Wisc are pretty centrally located thou & close to the big roads.

Hi guys. I can't say I visited this forum before. Shame on me.

My vote is for Big Green. I use to spend quite a bit of time down there when I was a kid. Beautiful lake and a good diverse fish population. Saturday works best for me, but Sept. 24th is out.

I'd love to meet some fellow BBC'ers. Plans are to get together with Sprint207 (Steve Owen) next Monday and cause some panic (ya, right) to the local fish population on Winnebago.

I would love to the Madison chain - some of the other waters would be new to me so that would be fine also!

The only weekend I have aval is the 1st weekend of Sept - so I hope that works out ... I would love to attend! Other weekends are tourneys :) or weddings :(

I make custom soft plastic baits and would love to put together some give aways - regardless if I can attend. Let me know - so I can start cranking baits out.

Any day is good for me. I would vote for Big Green, you cant beat the Smallies that time of year. Anyday except the weekend of the 24th. Hope to see you all soon.
