    Powerhead b ase Gasket on Johnson 89 200GT pushing out

    I had this gasket replaced for this very problem and in only a couple months it pushing out again in the same spot and ideas?

    All surfaces smooth and flat with a straight edge? All bolts and studs correctly torqued? Where is the bulge? A picture would sure help.
