    Wateree

Fished Friday the 12th with very little luck. They pulled water from up north and the lake was high and very muddy! I ended up with one fish a 9lb Striper.

I went back today for redemtion. I started at safelight and about the 5th cast bam 3 pounder on a crankbait around a dock. I proceeded to duplicate the pattern the rest of the day and ended up with 5 fish with the first being the smallest. Biggest fish of the day was a 4.9. I did manage to catch a 15lb channel cat also on the crankbait.

If you do go be careful there are a lot of floaters and some trees with roots still attached!

    Awesome day Todd
I'm gonna get up there to fish with you when I get back. I've been here for 7 years now and still have yet to get to Wateree

    Re: Wateree (Austin15)

Austin I really don't want to give up to much info as I have 3 tournaments coming up real soon. I was fishing both main lake docks and docks in the coves. I caught fish on both of them. I was just making casts from multiple angles at the same areaon the dock.
