How do I cold Start a 2003 250hp ficht

Hey guys/gals ... where do I hook the water up on an 03' evinrude 250hp ficht?

also, what else is involved? I put the rabbit ears/suction cup prongs on the intakes, making sure not to face the prop with the device ... hook up the water and that's it? And turn the water on obviously
