Well..... we're waiting on that report!!! I came real close to calling you Thurs night to see if you wanted to go to SWEPCO Friday, but my little girl was starting to get a cold and I could just see dropping her off at daycare and then driving 2 1/2 hrs to the lake only to get a call from daycare wanting me to come get her. So I just hit some local water and played in the wind.

I haven't had my home computer on since last Thursday.......too much running around and duck hunting.............

OK...........SWEPCO was a bust..............

Caught two fish all day. The water was only 78 degrees in the warmest spot, which was right at the power plant outlet. Water is murkier than I remember. We also did not see any bass chasing baitfish or any other fish activity. We got some bites during the day, but most were perch bites.

Tried all the usual.......big to small plastics on C-rig and T-rig.........threw some shakey heads, too.........just not much going on...........

We did see 15 deer during the course of the day..... ..........and we stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings in Tontitown for some wings and brew, so I'd still have to call the day a success...............

Jim,

I am planning on fishing the Bass Cat owners tourney on Norfork April 30-May 1. What do you guys have planned for the rally? Might be able to stay another night...........

Mark Clairday is handling the Arkansas get-together. At this point, all I know of is the tournament on Sat. We do have a room at the Bel Arco for an evening social. Probably on Fri evening.
