Lake is VERY low right now due to us not getting any rainfall and Entergy trying to generate as much power as they can possibly sell all over the southern US but some guys are still catching some good strings. Had a T there last Sunday and the big string was 19 lbs for 5 fish. This is the word on how they were caught.
They first caught their limit running parallel to the moss in about 15' of water with a spinnerbait. Then started flipping a jig in the holes in the moss still in about 15' of water. They culled a few fish and ended up with a 6lber and a 4lber I believe.
If any of your guys not familiar with the lake are planning on fishing it anytime soon be careful. I know this lake like the back of my hand and still ran across a hump the other day that was so shallow it made the hairs stand up on the back of my neck.
