What's the best way to secure the skirts with wire instead of the rubber collars? Need something quick and easy if possible ! I have heard they make pliers that will do this but have not been able to find any . What's the best wire to use ? Thanks.

I use the rubber collar to put the skirt on, then use a couple wraps of wire to secure it. I use plain old needle-nose pliers with side cutters on them. It easy to twist it down tight, snip the end off, and fold the tag in.
