createx Paint is what a lot use and it works good as far as the clear goes i just use the Devcon 2 ton epoxy that you can get at Wal Mart its about $2 and works good just make sure you get the 2 ton its got a 30 min cure time on it

hey bud. I never painted lures but did a few wings on aircraft. Thining depends on what nozzle your using. When i test stuff i use small portions . I usually start at a 65/35 split to start. test spray on a piece of cardboard. make any adjustments you think need to be made. One tip heat after painting make the paint really get glossy. Good paint prep such as cleaning and wiping with a good cleaner. There are a lot of decals also on the market. Good luck.
