Brent, a couple nice Clear Lake fish. We fished Sat. in the rain and wind and even though we only caught a dozen fish (Not tourny fishing), the best 5 went almost 26lbs we figured. The 3 we weighed went 7-4,6-9,6-5. I sure would have liked to be over there when the big hens were shallow a couple weeks ago.
We went out 3 weeks ago and the fish were up big time. Swimbaits and senkos wacked em all day. We had about 26-27 lbs that day too but they were much shallower, top 6 feet. We had to go deeper to get these, 10-15 ft.
Off to Trinity Lake this Thurs for a 4 day trip
