How Many are Going to the McDonalds "T"

Hate to admit it, but I'm going to join in all the hoopla. I'm paid up for Friday and Saturday only though. If you go be careful and get to the ramp early.

Arrived at the monterrey Park ramp on friday morning last year at 4:00am. The line was at least 1/4 mile from the parking lot. Was in the water in 45 minutes though.

***Check your trailers before launching. Saw a Louisiana and a Texas empty trailer at the ramp last year with Giant salvinia hanging all over both. Made me sick to see that.

    Good luck to all,

    Jack

NOPE, I will never fish any of Seally's TX again. way to many people, way to many running before daylight with no running lights, And if you play dumb and break the rules he will let you slide and weigh your fish. He interpets his own rules as it is conveinent, what am I refering to is last year he let a guy slide, who had no cord on the kill switch, so there was no way to have it attached to the person, nor did that person even know what the kill-switch was. he let this person weight a large fish which took 2nd. place for the entire TX. Way to many folks not following rules.

Well I (left Powell Park 4-5) & most snow-birders (as well as many locals) get out of the area before Micky D comes to town. I have never been down there for that fun. I can tell you that the 2 weeks of spring break, in March, is enough.
This year is sitting up to be one of those years, for a lot of big fish should still be up & on the beds. I just hope that everyone fishing will be very careful with the big females they might catch.
I want a chance to catch her next year
    Have fun & be safe.
