I haven't caught one yet, but it seems like it's just a matter of time. How do you handle these fish? Do they have teeth? What is the best way to kill them without ruining the boat carpet. I know it's the law you have to kill them and you can't return them to the water even if they're dead. If you catch one how do you go about handling it?

Fished a ABA (4th place 12.09 lbs) on Sat 7/12 out of Smallwood and one of the guys caught a snakehead. Carlos, rlb8s and I finished sixth in the St. Judes on the 11th with 16.13. Boy fishing two in a row is hard work and hot.

I didn't ask and I stayed away from it. Nasty and ugly I would hate to catch that thing. I will have to add a snake killer to das boat.
i have now caught 9 total. i carry 2 plastic bags, like the ones from a grocery store, i place fish in the bag, remove its head, and place it in a storage box, no mess. then to the trash on shore if its small, or to the grill if big enough, yes, they do taste good.

i have caught one near the pavilion in the pad section of the creek,, but most of mine have been from widewater to the appapo beach, on a varity of lures from cranks to chatterbaits, and one on a frog.

May have to try some in Burles Bay and see if any are back there!
