I get a laugh when I see merc trying to promote the verado on bass boats in ads- the last thing I would want hanging off the end of my bass boat would be a heavy clumsy monster that makes it top heavy and hard to fish around and all that maintenance and potential to cause problems.
If you look on the inside cover of the newest B&WB magazine, they are now promoting the Verado 250 on the back of a Walleye boat.
