warning beep at start up...pro-v 150???

Does anyone know if the 86-90 model pro-v 150's had warnign beeps at the start up..The 86 i have don't beep at all at start up and wondering if it should???

I had an '85 and it didn't beep. Maybe it was broken, but it never failed to warn me of low oil.

i have a 91 and it dont beep at start up. but then i dont know if its supposed to either

I have a 1991 Pro-V 150 and it doesn't beep at startup but it sure does if your oil tank gets low.

okay well the odds are that it don't then good one less thing i need to mess with,And yes the low oil alarm does work,Took awhile to figure out why it was beeping since the light bilb was burnt out in the dash,but all is good now
