    I am affected by the flooding

    I was able to make in into our farm in linn county, Ks today and our house was submerged under 10 feet of water. Total loss we had no flood insurance. The water was so powerful it blew out windows and piled all our furniture in a pile in the middle of the house. There is 2" of muck coating everything. Not sure what we will do but I am devastated that was my one slice of heaven and my sanctuary. I feel for the people who were displaced from there primary residences as mine was a vacation (hunting) spot.

    We couldnt even get in to my cousins house in Fredonia. It was unreal the damage and amount of water. Sorry to hear about your loss.

    Next weekend I was planning on going to a friends farm down south of Garnett, haven't talk to him in a while to hear is they had any flooding there
