    Deer Jerky

    1 tsp Onion Salt
    1 tsp Garlic salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce
    1/3 cup Soy sauce
Mix in a gallon zip lock bag. Cut your deer strips approximately 3/8" thick x 1" wide. Smaller or a little bigger doesn't hurt.
    Marinate overnight turning frequently.
Pat dry and place on your oven rack @ 140 degrees for 3-4 hrs.

    Store in the refrigerator.

Also you can reuse the marinate by freezing it.

I made this one this weekend. Good Stuff! I added two teaspoons of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
