    Scratches on bottom Stratos

Looking for some advice on boat repair. I have a red Stratos that I have a few scratches on the bottom of. Not looking to hire anyone because I dont feel its beyond what can be repaired by a "non professional". I dont really care how it looks just as long as its done correctly.

Is Marine Tex something I should consider using? This seems to be the brand I have heard the most about.

Re: Scratches on bottom Stratos (John Cullum)

If you don't care about matching the color, then White Marine Tex is perfect for fixing gouges in the hull.
Permanent, waterproof, putty consistency and fairly easy to smooth out for mimimal sanding after it cures.
