My gas cap assembly is coming loose from the boat, screws have just come loose. Should I just use longer screws? Should I full the holes and re-screw?
Anyone ever had this happen? Any Suggestions?
Thanks!

If the srews go straight into the glass you'll either need to fill the holes or thru bolt it if you can get to the inside.
You can fill the holes with Marine-Tex or thickened resin.
Using Marine -Tex you open the hole slightly, clean it out good, take some light oil and wipe it on the screw threads, clean off the excess.
Let the MT set up a few minutes and then put he gas cap back in place and slowly put the screws back in place.
The MT will set up hard and hold the screws tight, and the light oil will act like a release agent if you need to remove the screws.
