I have a 2001 Skeeter 250ZX and the screws that hold the boat together are coming loose around the front nose of the boat. I know this because the rub rail is lifting and you can see where the screws are pushing it out. Also there is a little movement if you push up on the front deck from the hull at the front.

My question is what is the best way to fix this? I had a friend who had a similar problem and said that there are two sets of screws to tighten on the Skeeters so removing the middle of the rub rail is not enough. Is this true? Anyone had any experience here?
