What is the torque for the flywheel bolt on a 2005 250XS

That's pretty tight. A typical 1/2" head bolt is only 95 to 105 lbs.
Don, I'm assuming you mean the standard 1/2" bolts with SAE standard threads.
The same grade bolt with fine thread would require less torque.
Over torquing will actually reduce the load carrying capability of the bolt, along with potentially stripping threads.

125 ft. lbs is correct for this application on the flywheel NUT.![]()
