tac goes to zero whn it gets to 1000 rpm and bat volt not charging did tac check getting 12voilts on striped gray wire from volt regulator and red also did stator out put test putting out 200 or more but resistance was 30 ohms low from spec and did a charge coil ground test and it showed that it is grounded what do you think champ stator?
