Just bought an '05 Stratos 201ProXL w/ a ETEC 225HO ...
Was wondering what the recommended fuel that I should use on it. I've heard that 87 Octane is it, but any comments from current ETEC 225HO owners would be welcome. Thanks.

87 Octane only, higher octane will not improve performance and may lead to powerhead failure.

Run XD100 oil and you don't have to add anything. The additives are already in that oil.
