Would my 2006 Champion built in April 2006 have the new lines on it or should I think about changing them out?
No troubles. Boat is running great. I use quickleen and marine stabil in every drop of fuel.

The lines ON your engine (inside the cowling) should be ok.
The lines from the TANK to the ENGINE (including the primer bulb) would be "wise to replace".
The new "EPA Approved Ethanol Resistant Supply Lines" were not in production until after January 1, 2009.
