Motor is a 03 175 Evinrude. The power trim stopped working up and down. I am following the manual to solve the problem. When checking the power supply the instruction is to check for voltage between the B+ from solenoid to terminals 85 and 87a (grounds) of the relays. Should the power cable be unplugged for this check? When I probe the disconnected cable at B+ I don't get any voltage between there and the relay terminals. If I have the connector installed and pick up the voltage from the fuse terminal, I get about 9V on the terminals. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
