Is there a Slick 50 type product for an outboard motor?

Is there something that can be added to the oil that can help some how with compression?

avblend works, it is for aircraft but when you mix it with gas and oil you have to put some in every tank. Avblend is proven to work in certified aircraft engines. There is an automotive version of it but I'm not sure what it is called, they used to make a 2 stroke version, I think they still do.
