ficth decarb how did i do?

I decarbed my ficth . ran it till warm sprayed 1 can into all throttlebodies at idle then let it sit for 7 hrs after that i took it on the lake for a good run. not much smoke from engine when spraying decarb one big puff when restarted.. should i have seen more smoke? my motor is a 2001 200hp also my plugs were sooted befor decarb i dont get to do a lot of long runs.. any thing i can do for plugs?thanks

Sounds like you did good, I let them sit for about 12 hours but 7 should do the job.

The smoke is fine with one big puff.

The plugs in a DI motor will always be sooted, this is due to the multi strike of the ignition system, I would suggest you replace the plugs and dont forget to index them and gap to 0.028.
