Boating ticket question?

Has anyone ever gotten a ticket for speeding, making wake in a new wake, or to fast in a "manatee zone" If so how much was it just incase I spil up

I'm sure someone will come along and correct me if I'm wrong, but.
We fish Tenoroc fish manament area alot and they use to issue $250 tickets for people making wake in the 2 pits they let you use a motor in, from what I've heard.
They were out there awhile back giving warnings, cause some people my wife knows got warned. I can't wait till they start giving those tickets out again, because even regulars out there don't follow the rules sometimes. I've never got a ticket for any of those things, so I can't tell you for a fact. I couldn't believe it the first time on Lake Weir I seen a boat get a ticket for speeding, spent many of summers on that lake while I was growing up and I didn't even know they had a speed limit once you came in closer to the shore. I would like to hear how much those tickets would be myself.

Not sure I have heard of them even being enforced federally due to the endangered species. Wish I had seen this post earlier FWC Lieutenant was our police department Christmas party today.

Not sure what they cost, but they'll definitely get ya on the river (St. Johns) if ya disobey the zones..

If "bassackwards" gets back on here, he can tell ya how much the local and the federal fines are..

yea my partner got one last year by volusha sheriff (asshat) was $161..i was with him both leo cant wait for him to come to orlando one day

was fishing a tourney a few years back at Rousseau and my partner got a $50 fine because his "bow was too high" coming back to the Dunnellon City Ramp (no wake)... they got 2 more boats for the same thing out of the club..
