replacing cap and valve on primer selenoid

ok... i know the factory service manual isnt correct.. i have a 90gt200... and i need to replace the valve because it is cracked and leaking fuel.. the service manual says to remove the vro bracket and push the vro out of the way without disconnecting any of the hoses.. yea.. that isnt going to happen.... id like to know what the mechanics that work on these things have to say about that.. so if you could.. give me some input.

The valve is 175158 but I can't remember what the kit number is. I contains a new gasket (brown), valve and o ring. You need to remove the 4 screws ontop of the solenoid, replace the valve, o-ring and gasket. That was a tech bulletin back from around 1992 when you made the transition from TCW-2 to TCW-3 so you could inject engine tuner via the Schrader valve.
