I have narrowed down the starting problems to the priming selanoid I think. Can anybody tell me the proper way to test mine? I just followed one of the lines that come off the back of the primer and pulled it off where it injected fuel into the manifold. I pumped the bulb up hard, held the key in and started turning the motor over. No fuel came out of the line and the motor didn't start. I then put the line back on and flipped the red lever to manual and bumped the key and it fired up. I just want to be sure power is getting to the primer selanoid. What should the voltage be going to it? Where should I check voltage? Should I do something else?
