    Trim Sender Ground Wire

Guys, forgive my ignorance, but where would the ground wire for the trim sender on a 2000 Johnson 200 hp carb be???

To be honest, I know little to nothing about about this engine, but I need to find that ground so my trim gauge will work...

    Thanks in advance...

    Hey Mike,
It goes on the bottom bolt of the sending unit, green wire. CM

Dat's what I wuz gonna say!!! Mine has the green wire under the sender, some times with a powerhead change the wires in the plug won't match the wires on the plug on the midsection! I had that problem when I changed ph on mine! I switched the wires in one plug to correspond to the wires on the other and voila!! Check it out.
