    Can't wait to get home

All right guys, keep up the great posts so I have good reading while I'm gone. I really need the 719 guys to push more info as that's what I'm ordering when I get back from this trip to Afghanistan. For the dealers out there, I'm looking for a 719/SHO combo dressed to the nines. This will be my gift to myself for 20 years of service.

Re: Can't wait to get home (flippinout)

Hey Flippinout, thanks for doing what you do!
When do you get back? and are you ordering your 719 before you get back? How are you having it optioned?

I really want the 719 with A SHO but it may be a tad out of reach for me. We will see once I get ready to order. I am saving every spare penny right now

If not the 719 then definately the 619 with the SHO

Tks for protecting the freedoms we all enjoy in this country The 619 with a 200 SHO or the 719 sho combo are both awesome rigs

Thanks for thoughts guys. I've got to sign up for 4 more years in order to receive a bonus. I should be ready to order the rig in mid/late March. I'll be overseas until late April/early May so most of my wait will be in a place where I can't use it anyway. As far as options... I'm going with HDS 8/7 with structure scan, padded front deck, dual console, and upgraded to the "C" channel trailer with gatorhide. The main upgrade though will be the addition of two Minn Kota Talons on the a$$ end. I'm still polishing up the color options but leaning toward a black hull, gun metal cap with black and blue accents throughout. I'm still trying to find the right color though.

Be safe getting Home and Thanks You so Much for all you and the rest of the Service men have done to protect us.

Maybe they can fix you up with a Nice RED, WHITE and BLUE boat. The ETEC with the Flag would be good if you weren't going to be fishing out of it. LOL Sorry for that shot ETEC guys No I'm not lol

One, get home safe, first 30 days and last 30 days are worst
Second, thank you for your service
Third, you are going to enjoy your Phoenix and make sure you get it the way you want it........it will last you a long time and will leave great memories.

I don't know Ed. There weren't too many TDY's that I wasn't ready to get home from starting on day one!

Thanks again guys. I take off tomorrow afternoon finally. The wait, as with anything, has been the worst. This is my 8th trip in either theater of operations. The good thing is it should be a short trip. We normally go for 6 months but I'm only pulling a 3 month tour this time. If all goes well, I should be home for my birthday in late April. I had the privilege of speaking with Josh at David Fritts outdoors and, without mentioning the quote, if I can't find a better price will be dealing with them on my order. As I said initially, this boat will be loaded. Let me know if I missed anything... 719/225SHO, HDS 8/7 w/ structure scan, padded front deck, dual Talons and a "C" channel trailer upgrade with Gatorhide. I thought about the black light rub rails and crazy storage lighting but I don't night fish enough to justify them.

-Chuck, If I purchase from Fritts, I'll be giving you a call to spend a few days on Lake Norman breaking in the SHO. This is my first new boat so can use the help with plate set up, break-in and such.

I'll have internet connectivity so please keep up the great dialog on here for me.

    Craig...out
