No, keep track of it as close as you can! It has been thrown around to use the check engine light. I bet you hit the three year mark first, most people do unless you are really hitting it hard and long.![]()

You have to keep track of the engine use the same way you did with your older motors that required service every 100 hours. :)
Most folks concerned about service intervals will install an inexpensive hour meter to the key switch. You can also annually ask your dealer tech just to hook up the laptop and print you out an engine report. It only takes a few moments to do.
