1989 Evinrude 200 XP Compression Test Question

I know they need to be within 10% of each other. However what should the numbers look like? Also I cannot do a water test just due to where we are meeting. The meeting place was my choice. Can I still get a good reading since it will not be warm?

Ballpark would be ~90-100 PSI. All testers vary. Cold will be fine.
