    Winter storage

Do you put your rig on blocks while it's in storage?

    Re: Winter storage (hooksetter5)

I do. My boat sits on dirt / grass, so in the winter while it's stationary I like to. When I bought tires for the trailer last I believe the salesman said that flat spots aren't really much of an issue anymore, but I'd rather play it safe. Snow/mud could also lead to rotting rubber, I think. Like I said, better safe than sorry.

Yes.....and while it is on the blocks is a great time to check the bearings and brakes.
