Try a plastic polish first and see if that does the trick. If not then I would work with progressively more abrasive compounds/polishes maybe even wet sanding with 800-1000 grit. When wet sanding use a rubber sanding block. You want to make the surface smooth. Once you've accomplished that work on restoring the gloss. I've used Blue Majic Plastic Polish. Let it cure overnight then finish it off with some Carnauba wax.
I recently discovered that Interlux Light duty rubbing compound removed light scratches effortlessly without leaving any damage to the finish.

The best way I have found is to tow it to the dealer, unhook it, hook up to your new rig and all of the scratches will be gone.
