    has anyone done metalflake gelcoat repairs

    any info would be greatfully appreicated, dont knowhow it happened, but got small chip in gunnel area .

    I have used auto paint with metal flake to touch up cosmetic areas with np..

    Same thing recently happened to my boat. I was wondering the same question. OR how much will it be to get is fixed professionally?

    Here's what mine looks like. Not that big and only all the way exposed at the tip .

    I had a couple of marks like that on my top cap and I filled to just below level with white marine tex, then used auto paint that was about a 99% match and was good to go...
