not much to offer other than I know of it because its in my neck of the woods; just east of Sodus bay on Lk ontario- launch on the west side. its not one of the more popular spots locally; too many other great spots nearby so it gets overlooked.

A google search should turn up some info on lodging etc

Port is pretty small and can get very busy on a nice weekend. However, fishing (mostly LM) can be very good at times. Most people prefer Sodus Bay but sometimes I pull into Port and I've stuck some nice 4's and 5's and other times it's nothing but dinks. I like to fish up tight on that water and also like a jig. Permanent docks offer good structure but I seem to do better on shallow weeds/wood. I saw a report from last week that the jig bite was great on Port and I went the next day and it was off. You can be on Sodus Bay and get to Port in about 15 minutes depending on conditions and your rig.

Are you going for recreation or a tourney? Sodus is more popular. PM me if you'd like some specifics.
