Looks like you have a new neighbor...lol

I have excepted the job and should be in the neighborhood the 3rd of January. Hoping to get my boat down there if I can find secure storage in the area. I have a couple folks back in Virginia I can bum rides off from when I am home.

Anybody have a garage they want to rent out?

    Welcome
If you were planning to keep it at Lanier instead of at the dead sea(allatoona) Hammonds fishing center has a covered boat storage.
If had room you would be welcome to it but as of now the wifes pwc is sitting outside under a cover which she isn't to happy about.

Gonna miss ya Sterling!.......you boys in GA or getting a good one for sure! However, just for the record....we adopted Sterling here in VA, and he has fit in nicely, but I think his true home is someplace further north with ice fishing and fish he calls "small mouth"...what ever those 2 things are How long of a drive is it to Lanier from Central VA going about 65mph??? HMMMMM?

Should be an excellent top water bite. Da hill is a big lake, and Hickory knob is a great place for a rally, ramp is 1/4 mile from the rooms.

    Re: (Sterling)

Welcome to Ga. Clarks Hill should have the spook bite goint real strong.
And you will be close to Lanier. On Lanier, the spook bit goes into the summer, with mid day being best. Just fish the humps that top out in the 15' to 30' range on Lanier. If it's shallower, you won't get the good ones.
