If he's willing to meet you in Lavonia, then last time I checked Poplar Springs ramp is still open. Other than that 29s would be your simplest way to Gum Branch.
yep i would go to poplar springs if meeting in lavonia. if going to gum branch you will have to go to hartwell (HYW 29)--plus that ramp SUCKS!!
