I believe 15+ is the recommendation with 12 being the absolute lowest. I have not had a water pressure problem on my E-TEC 250 rigged on a Stratos 201 Pro XL. I get a good 18+ on a fairly high setting. I have seen the same thing on an E-TEC 225HO rigged on a Stratos 200 Pro XL.
