as a condo developer or former condo developer...........I wouldn't touch a condo unless its pennies on the dollar and its your dream and you will be living there full time..........to much BS still to come in that market (statewide laws and financing hurdles will continue to keep this market down)............
I would buy an ocean front condo for $50,000 that had previously sold for 500,000............
in fact google pirates landing in carrabelle fl............they were selling for 600-700 in the peak and now are being auctioned off at 70K (almost thought about getting one with a few friends)
not trying to be negative..........the worse the market, the more screwed I am ( I have a ton on condos still)........certain areas may be at the bottom but the real question is how long does it stay down at the bottom..........
