ETEC 150 Flushing

New ETEC Owner. WHat do you all recomend for fresh water flushing? Flush Port, Rabbit Ears? Engine on or off?

from what I hear, you can use the flush port or the ears, with the engine on or off....doesn't seem to matter too much...

I myself flush my engines whenever I haul out using the rabbit ears normally with the engine on. This is only about once every 3 months or so - otherwise my engine is in salt water (but is used on a daily basis)
