I'm going to throw my vote out there for G'ville. I love the lake and hope to find a boater that will let me tag along. If Winn doesnt fish maybe Chris can fish and he'll let me ride along. IF not, I'll bring the tin boat and fish real close :)

Guys, well I finally have a visitation schedule with my kids which is great news. Down side is I have them 3rd weekend. Actually, there is no down side but looks like fishing with you guys is on hold for awhile. I am off to the Big O in Fla for the FOM SE regionals next week. SO maybe the fish Gods will bless us.

Did you lose a wheel off of your trailer jack when you left here?

Jason, .....Yes I did.....left the jack down after hooking up after dinner....heard tha dang thing hit something as I left out that morning but didn't know what it was til we stopped for coffee at the 4-way stop convenience store....It bent the brand new jack wheel base...will have to replace the whole thing...hope I didn't scare your driveway.....Eddie & I fished a tourney on Martin today...wind was about 35-45 mph...big water was very, very rough and very scary...fishing is always better on Martin when the weather is bad...we had 10.25 and big fish...placed second

Yeah, for a day or two I thought it was something that somehow made its way into our yard from one of the new houses they're building. Then I saw the line on the driveway and figured out what it was. That's what you get for trying to sneak out so early and not take the lunches Amanda had fixed you.

I haven't voted yet. When's a good time of year to fish one of the Bear Creek Lakes? It was real close in the voting a couple of months ago but I haven't heard much discussion about it lately.

I fish upper bear creek lake at least once a week, anytime is a good time to
fish there. The spots are suspending in deep water, but they can be caught.

Normally we would end the voting two weeks prior to our scheduled event but since there hasn't been much traffic here lately, I suggest that we extend our voting period until midnight on Saturday, the 11th of November. Please vote if you're planning on attending. Otherwise, Harry, Alan and Todd will have us fishing Guntersville for the next six months!!

I will hold off on voting for the next several months. It's Crappie time, and fixin' to start gearing up for Jacks (Sauger)! I'll start back bass fishing maybe March. I usually don't chase the bass around the lake during the colder months.

Hi guys.i want to vote for either one of the Bear creek lakes or Pickwick,I really hated missing Wilson.just my luck i was sent to south Al. for 18 days straight the day before the tourney.If it's not to far I will try to fish whatever the decision.
