    Brake cable on trailer

I ripped out the locking cable on my trailer last month. Forgot that I had done it so when I went to put in the other day the brakes kept locking up at the ramp. Could the cable be the problem or is it my actuator? Should have gotten it looked at when it first happened.

There is a small button on the very bottom of your hitch, push that in and that will unlock ur brakes so u can pull it.

Thanks for the advice. I dont have a problem pulling it. Just when I was backing up at the ramp they kept engaging.

You may have a fuse blown up under the hood on your truck or your silinod (spell) on the trailer may not be working.

Do you have the 7 pin plug adapter for those brakes. You know the little thingy that you plug the trailer lights into your truck.
