Recommend a 200 HP, Prblm Free, Fuel Efficient O/b for under $3000?

    Hello,
If I can not get my O/B running satisfactorily, I will purchase another. Does anyone have any recommendations for a fuel efficient, 200 HP, late 90’s O/B for ~$3000 or less? My goal is to use it for skiing/fishing/trolling on my 22’ Hurricane deck boat.
    Thanks,

And when did you have this dream that there was such a thing????

There is a fine line between \"FISHING\" and just standing in the boat going through the motions!!!
