Got back yesterday morning from Florida, had a great vacation with Deb and her family and then kinda a second vacation with my "White Knuckles" family AKA Brent and Todd for a couple days of fishing on the Big O and some running in the Caloosahatchee River :!: :!:

I got to thank Brent and Todd once again for all that they do when I come down. A big thanks goes out to Brent and his wife and kids who must think it's "ground hog day" when I show up once again at their front door looking for a place to spend a couple of days. It was great to hang with them and see Brent's daughters lacrosse games, she scored a goal, and have some dinners out with those guys. Brent really what can I say but a huge thanks :!: :!: Oh and by the way that new monster truck of yours is awesome!

Well it was a "trip" running that thing up to 118 but that's all I felt good for and it's really gets your heart pumping because above 115 the boat lifts and feels like it's driving on ice and it takes some getting used to :!: Todd got us a new decal for the boat it's kinda funny till you actually feel what a ride at those speeds is actually like. I'm sure Brent could have busted 122 with my special new prop Mike was great enough to bring down to us ( Thanks Mike, I appreciate you doing that for me ) but Brent made me feel good and said that 118 was all he needed to see and lets head to the lake to get it on those Big O bass Glad we did because it was nice to get a 5 to 6 or so pounder and a bunch of others even though they are in-between spawning phases and it wasn't exactly easy :-) :-)
