I've only had the 400b for a couple of months now but I had recently noticed that the gel coat right around the bow eye was slighly cracked and that the bow eye was pulling out a little on the bottom when under tension. I pulled the accessory cover off this weekend and was surprised to see that the eye had been installed with no backing washers. The problem was easily fixed with a couple of fender washers. Hopefully this was an isolated problem but I wanted to make everyone aware.
