who says it is not an acceptable way?? I have seen TONS of stuff get sold through IM... or through email for that matter (which is how I contacted him, since he hasn't posted since January 19th.)
The biggest mistake that was made is that it should not have even been put in here for sale.. it should have been put in the swap and sell forums, which require that a seller AND a buyer have their full name AND their email address listed.

Watch out. I bought seat from (ohorlina) supposed to be grey on grey i paid and sent shipping label. Unbelievable, it ends up being red and white. My boat is green and grey. Oh well!
